interesting thought... Where's Ralph at??? rofl

I always considered anything under $1.00 to be a fractional and anything $1.00 or higher to be non-fractional.

But after further reflection... From a pure logic standpoint a $2.50 chip is not expressed as a whole dollar value and I guess one could argue that it could be considered a "fractional" since it is 2 1/2 dollars.

Where's Ralph at??? That should have been one of his questions of the day! rofl rofl rofl

How 'bout a notched chip??? It's not whole so it must also be a fractional? grin
