I would sure be interested in understanding how the inserts are applied to chips and how this error could occur in the first place....I agree with you that other of the same errors could have been made, yet probably destroyed immediately....

over 28 years of many of you "experts" looking at this quite common Union Plaza chip and nobody ever seeing one qualifies it as UNIQUE in my opinion...

Perhaps someone could post the process for placing the inserts on the chips....it would probably be quite interesting to alot of us
