I did receive a response from indicating they were closing my complaint because the seller told them:

"I will resolve the issue in another way"

What??? Sure...he'll resolve it buy keeping my $$$!

What really irks me is that Square Trade will allow sellers to join and use the ST seal on their auctions, thus giving bidders more confidence. Then when something goes wrong, the seller can skip out, claiming the service is voluntary.

Seems to me that the ST seal is nothing more than a pretty little banner you can put on your auctions...they certainly put no teeth into their agreements.
