This is a reminder....

(The following information will appear in the forth coming issue of the CCTN. Please note that the entry deadline has been set to allow 3rd Class postage recipients of the CCTN the opportunity to participate in this offer.)

The Club wishes to recognize and thank the Riviera Hotel and Casino’s Barbara Wolfe. Ms. Wolfe was the individual behind the "A little birdie told us" chip pictured here. That chip, issued in a quantity of 500, was made available to Convention Pre-Registrants, by inclusion of a certificate good for one chip in pre-registration packets.

The terms of the certificate required visiting the Riviera Hotel and Casino (site of next year’s Convention), signing up for the Riviera’s slot club program, upon which you received one of these specially made, commemorative NCV chips.

Evidently, schedules being what they were, it turned out that some of the certificates were not negotiated and Ms. Wolfe was kind enough to turn all of the unclaimed chips over to the Club to support it’s Building Fund efforts. Accordingly, those chips will now be sold to Club members under the following conditions.

First off, there is a limited supply of just 84 chips available. A deadline for interest shall be established, and requests received after that date will not be considered (unless chips are leftover).

We expect the demand to be greater than the supply and in that event all requests will be pooled and a lottery will be conducted.

Members already in possession of this chip are ineligible.

If you are eligible and interested in this NCV chip you must send a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to the address below. Your check/MO will be your lottery ticket, so be sure to have your name on the check/MO. Your check/MO MUST arrive by September 27th (a Saturday). On Sunday, 28 September a drawing will be conducted to determine the 84 lucky winners. (If less than 85 entrants are received, then every submission will receive a chip. If less than 84 submissions are received then the unclaimed chip(s) will be sold on a first come, first served basis from Club Promotions, just as all other Club merchandise is currently sold. The price will remain at $10.00 and proceeds will be designated as Building Fund proceeds.

Again, we thank Ms. Barbara Wolfe of the Riviera Hotel and Casino for creating the chip and for also making the unclaimed chips available for the Club’s Building Fund fundraising effort. We also thank (in advance) all Club members that will be inclined to take advantage of this offer, because they will be making a donation to the Club’s Building Fund project.
