Re: Sky Harbor -WRONG

"Gordon would not have known who Tommy Haines was let alone put his name on the invoice to give it credibility."

WRONG.
Gordon got everything I had on Tommy Haines. He came to the Fiesta and had me print out all my research notes on arrowdies, in late 96 or early 97. He said he had a lead on chips but did not say what chips.
I never heard of Reno Game Supply until I went to Reno a couple years ago to research for my Arrowdie article (Gordon was already dead at this time). I do not think anyone knew of RGS/Arrowdie connection, until Blanchard found the name on some old Burt records.

If in fact there was ever any arrowdie hot stamp records found, it would be the biggest news ever to hit the hobby.

Gordon had a safe deposit "vault" (biggest the bank had) right next to the one I have, in a downtown bank. Mike S also bought out Gordons old chip stock and personal collection from his wife. Neither Mike or his wife knew about the vault until I told them.

IMO, any record of arrowdies Gordon had, Gordon made. grin
Gordon was a friend but he was a snake. grin
