I have always felt that despite the name (thechipboad) that all manner of casino collectibles discussions were welcome here and even the occassional non-related posts.

However, I suspect that over time, some readers have interpreted the site name as being a qualifier.

Coupled with this is that from time-to-time, some posters will flag their message as "NCR" and then talk about trays, or cards, or matches or something other than chips, but still casino collectibles related. I belive this tends to reinforce the misnomer that the site is just about chips only.

(Personnaly, I would prefer that "NCR" mean "not casino related" (instead of "not chip related") and all postings that pertain to casino collectibles, subjects and topics not use the "NCR" moniker. But that is just my opinion.)

Anyway, Greg, thanks for the clarification.

Now, can you do something about the site name? I was thinking something along the lines of...

Lastly, Mark, if three or four of us send contrary emails to you, i.e., bully-like emails that tell you to return to posting the trays, will you do so? I think you should reconsider as well. My fledgling tray collection is awaiting your site and possible book!
