I have often seen $2.50 chips in Pink and for some reason I associate a more common or medium blue as $10 in home sets.

In the home sets I have associated as follows.

white $1 or Pennies
Red $5 or Nickles
Blue $10 or Dimes
Green $25 or Quarters
Black $100

There are numerous other colors that you could use to fill in the middle like if you want .50 or $2.50 you could use Pink etc.
