Attached is a scan of a chip I got off ebay.
The inlays are stickers that appear to be made out of vinyl. The sticker on one side is miscut, not misplaced. I feel confident I could scrape the sticker off. Not in TCR or James.

I got my chip from the people who rent from my Uncle in another Town.They said it was their Uncle's Who passed away 5 Years ago. Where he got this one they claim he played in Poker Tournaments there and this suppose to be used in the Tournaments only. He was a Big Time Gambler is what they said.So they think it was a keepsake from one of his Tournaments.I have no way of verifying this info.The Chips were a special issue to keep the players streight is what they claim. They lived out in Vegas a number of years ago and moved into his house after he died.My Uncle held the papers on the house and had to take the house back because they could not pay the payments.They now just rent from him.

Someone speculated that it is a Kings Crown imitation $100 with a sticker on it. But the KC $100 that I have has a 26mm white round inlay. This sticker is only 24mm and would not cover that. Also this chip is slightly larger than KC 100.
