That is one of the points I am trying to make with our upcoming ashtray site...The History. Nevada and elsewhere that had gaming have such a rich history. Many folks don't take the time, or don't have the time, to seek it out. There were some amazing things that went on. Glad to hear you have an interest in it. Many just care about value of the item. So much of the small town stuff is getting harder and harder to find answers to. The folks that know are dying off or have just plain forgot. I have been working on a Carson City question for two years, and I am still not satisfied with the answer. Even went to Carson, and went "Geezer Hunting." Still don't think I have a cinch answer. It is kind of a long story, but if you are interested, I'll send you the particulars...Maybe you know, or know someone that does.
