Anyone who had an old prodigy.net e-mail that switched over to SBC Yahoo having any problems with your service? I have paid for the next year and SBC is threatining to cancel my service. They claim Yahoo owns my account, but records show SBC Yahoo has controland owns the account. I have been going round and round for two months. Neither side knows what the other is doing and no matter who you talk to, they claim it's the other companies problem. Can't believe I'm the only one who is having this problem. E-mails are still going thru but they have already blocked access to my personal pages and have deleted account information, even though the billing and sales department say everything is in perfect order. I am starting to believe the name really fits the companies ("yahoo", a real bunch of yahoos).
