They are peruvian casino chips...!

There is a very expensive restaurant in a pier in Lima, called La Rosa Nautica. By the '90s there was a casino in the restaurant. It was a very fancy casino, the problem was the humidity in winter...people had to walk about 200 meters from their cars to the casino in middle of the rain and winds...and then prefered to go to other casinos in town.
