Mark, Move your mouse to the top left of the "active" page. There is a drop down menu arrow. Click it. Go to Properties. On the properties page there is a menu for "Schedule". Click that Tab. It should give you an option as to when to syncronize. The most efficent for a static web page is "Only when I click Syncronize" or somwthing similar. Hope this helps. Email if it doesn't.
