If you want to stay "on the strip" and have a (friendly) poker room, you've narrowed your choices down. Someone else will have to rate the pools but, on the strip with poker rooms...

If you don't mind staying off the strip you've added quite a few more (Palms, Orleans, etc).

I don't know what your price range is, but if you plan to play a lot of poker you may be able to get a "poker rate" at some of the hotels like Mirage.

There are plenty of reservation services, travel agents, (etc) who have good package deals to Vegas. Start with someone like Travelocity. But if you want to negotiate a players rate you will have to call the casino directly.
