I recently won a chip from him. The transaction went ok but I was bothered by the fact that he didn't state the shipping and handling amount in the eBay page...it ended up being $4.75(?). In an attempt to get him to lighten up I asked if he was sending it express or what? He emailed and asked if I wanted it express(?). Shipping costs have long been discussed here. I intended to frame the envelope but forgot when it arrived. Contributers to this board seem to collect everything so I thought I might get some money back buy offering a 60¢ envelope that cost $4.75.

The "7" in the title and within the description should stand. This is almost the same argument when a check has a different number in the figure than on the written line. Legally the written takes precedent. I'm guessing the written and numbered "7" would prevail over a picture of six chips.

I'd appreciate knowing how this comes out.
