Yes or No depending on the condition. You should be able to put it into a Kingsley Machine and make impressions with it. Napkins, matchbooks, or chips are a few.

The question is, how good the stamp has survived, since made. Some only work for a short time and start going bad. The idea is they are made, used and the material deteriorates.

There's a place in Michigan that makes dies for around $35 with, just about any design you would want.
