Very nice chips Dick! Sharkey Begovich was talking about the South Tahoe Nugget to Dwayne Kling in Every Light Was On and while he didn't mention Chartrand he said this:

Looking for a name for the Nugget, I talked to an old guy from Reno names Lido Costello, and he says, "Call it the Nugget."

I said, "Why the Nugget?"

"Because," he says, "There has never been a Nugget that went broke."

Uhh, I didn't look Nugget success up, but I liked the story.
