Mail Washer works pretty good. The shareware version will only work for one email account. You can buy an upgraded version that will work with multiple accounts. I'd suggest you try the shareware version to see how it works. The software author asks for a minimum donation of $3 to register the shareware version.

Another program that I highly recommend is ieSpell. It is a spell checker that you can use to spell check BB posts.

You can find websites to download either of these programs by doing a Yahoo search using the name of the program.
