The Steak House at Circus Circus IS fantastic. Last time I had steak there, the filet looked like the Rock of Gibraltar on the plate. Equally great is the Great American at Rio (excellent pork chops as well) and Sonoma Cellar at Sunset Station. We always go there when we visit Vegas.
