Mike, not only does it have no signature, it was deposited in a Bank In the State of Delaware not in the State of Flordia where you sent it, why?

Can you ask the bank in Delaware who the depositor was, not just the "person named within", but the person's name on the account?

IMHO - If I had won the auction and received that address I would have been more cautious as the person is a Rep. of an African country - there has been a lot of FRAUD from persons in African nations, not saying this is a person who is commiting FRAUD, just saying I would have been more cautious - like sending with Return Receipt Request which shows delivery to person named.
