The other day, Phyllis asked for someone to tell her what a COW chip was. She was treated to a large amount of bovine humor, but I don't think she ever got a straight answer. I'd like to add the definition to the FAQ, so if someone could be kind enough to define what a COW chip is, we'd be glad to hear it.

Also, is an OWL chip just a chip with a picture of an Owl on it? I've seen several references to these over the past few weeks.
