Barry; You'll have to agree that the moving sidewalk's only purpose is to bring one-way traffic from the Boardwalk to one or the other property as neither property has a Boardwalk presence and both sit back a couple hundred yards away from the Boardwalk..

One can not get back on the moving walkway and travel the opposite direction from either property... or between properties. It is only a means to bring people in from the Boardwalk (not as a connection between properties)
