If you collect chips that were not only controlled concerning the manner of release but endorse the practice of one person controlling the inventory after a minimal release to the public, them's your chips. Had they been put into play and left on the table(s), it'd be a different story. Hoarding sucks, and when it happens at an executive level, it hurts all collectors. IMO, the 4Q executive should grind the racks that he has. ...or sell them at face value.
