There was no requirement to already know the answer.

So, after an exhaustive Google search, that did not provide an answer, I called TR King this morning. (Their 800 number showed up in the search.) A nice person there gave me the information, along with some additional info, and I then messaged Gene with the "King" part (as Gene was allowing Myers' to have dibs on that portion) and I posted the MC Anderson part.

This sure had all the ear marks of an Open Book test to me.

As for the other information given by the TR King employee.....

He said that MC Anderson, just like TR King, was not a real person.
