I found this in the Paul-Son retail store.
It is a beautiful etched glass chip holder. Etched on all 4 sides. You can see the corner etching in the upper right corner. (scan does not do it justice) Heavy 3/8 inch glass. The glass is cut so the chips set even with the surface. They are glued in.
Anyone ever seen these?
