More rare inlaid lithos from the 1890's
In Response To: Quite rare inlaid litho from the 1890's ()

Below are 2 chips (front and back are shown of chip). Note that again, there are different lithos on the front and back.

For racing fans, the 4 jockeys, along with when they raced are:

  • Tod Sloan 1893-1900 (in HOF) George M. Cohan's "Yankee Doodle Dandy" and first to use the modern riding postion (as opposed to riding straight up)
  • Fred Taral 1883-1908 (in HOF)
  • Tony Hamilton 1896-1900
  • Marty Bergen 1881-1901

    Note the much greater detail in these 19th century chips.

    I'd like to know if anyone else has these chips.

    If only they were Vegas casino chips ..... perchance to dream.
