I emailed Jim Steffner about the possibility of a Club Rookie award. He said he passed it on to Nate Pincus but thought it was too late in the year for the 2003 convention.

I was inspired to make this suggestion based on all the effort Will Knight had already made way back in January. By this time of the year I think he's almost ready for the HOF.
