Its called Notched. Yes mine is notched.
The chips were made at the Bud Jones Co until 1990 or so.
These could have been ordered and not shipped. BJ could have notched some and gave them to their salesmen for samples.

They could be real chips and still gave to salesman back in those days. NV gaming stopped distributors from passing out notched chips about 3 years ago.

That said, I just bought about 2,700 notched and sample chips. They are 3 years old and older.
