.. since the latest publications two things have occured, a LARGE quantity have been dumped on the market AND buyers have cooled off. The notes are worth $25~30 range. $8.99 is still a good price but not a 'get-rich-now' propasition.

I emailed a friend/dealer of middle-eastern notes about these and he told me what the current market was. These had been going up for the past 12 years, they PLUMMETED in 2002. No wonder he's unloading them. I am going to buy two, rather than 50! The guy is running an honest auction. I emailed him and his response was that the last batch sold so well he got 100 more.
