Re: Question on Tropicana Suites grin

Jill,
When I was in Las Vegas in March I stayed in a suite at the Trop. I had a comped room and got in town late from San Diego and they had given my room away. The desk cleck said they could put me in the "Garden" rooms, but I said, "No". After a couple of minutes he came back and said I could stay in the London Suite in the Casino tower. The room number was 2121 and 2221, yes, it was a two story suite. You had an entrance on both floors. Kitchen, bathroom, dining room with big table and large living room on the first floor, then spiral staircase to upstairs loft - bedroom and over sized bath with gold faucets, marble floors and lots of mirrors, plus large closets, etc. The best part about the suite was the view, 22nd floor with floor to ceiling windows with power operated drapes and looking straight down the Strip to the Paris Eiffel Tower. I was there all by myself and I couldn't get the room temperature down to the way I like it to sleep because the suite was so big with a 20 foot high ceiling. The next day I moved down to a regular room on the 14th floor, that I actually enjoyed more since I didn't really need all the room and the stairs that were in the suite. I'm a low maintenance kind of guy.
