Paul, Bob Matthews was a chip dealer from Michigan. He started out in coins, then (I think with Janice O'Neal's help) branched into chips.

Bob was a very nice guy and one of the most honest dealers in the Club. He passed away about three years ago, I think, after a courageous battle with cancer.
