If your coming in to Tulsa from Shreveport, there are several options for casinos/bingo halls in Oklahoma. Almost all offer some sort of a players card. Although some are generic, such as the ones from the Creek Casino in Tulsa. But several have unique/specialized ones like the Cherokee Casino. If your lucky enough to get to one that has Blackjack they also have Blackjack membership cards.
