Did you ever think about this? There are some small town Nevada casinos that have live gaming, but not very often. Like on Friday and Saturday nights and that's only if there are enough players around. I went to Fallon once in search of chips. Many of the "casinos" were more like bars, except that there were ancient slot machines along the wall and a covered up black jack table. They only opened the 21 table on weekend evenings and only if they had enough players .. and a dealer. So just knowing if a joint has live gaming isn't enough to get you a chip in these places.
