I mention in my auction 2-3 times, PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING TO US ONLY. (now if someone emails me in advance... I'll check into it. If there aren't 4 million customs forms and 8 billion restrictions and cost of shipping can be determined up front... I'll agree to let the person bid.)

But when someone just does... and they don't speak english... how can I get my fees back with out filing "non-paying" action or waiting 2 months? I tried this once, and it resulted in the buyer getting negative contact from Ebay - when I really didn't blame the buyer... I just couldn't ship the item for the cost in auction. (and in that case, it was a Camel lighter... with butane - and I wasn't comfortable shipping it overseas as it was technically "flamable")

I have LOOKED and looked - trying to see if there's a way to do this... but I don't see how to get fees back without going the whole "non-payment" cycle (whihc you can't even start for a month)... and if I "resolve" this amicably, Ebay won't refund fees. ???

Anyone know if there's a way to do this that I'm missing? Thanks.
