Florida’s Broward County has agreed to allow a third company to operate gambling cruises out of Port Everglades, at least temporarily. Port Director Ken Krauter signed an agreement last month with Southern Navigation LLC that allows the company to embark passengers at the port through Oct. 15 on a ship called the St. Tropez, scheduled to begin operating in early April.
