The Travel Channel's new series, the World Poker Tour gives viewers a never-before-seen look at the high-stakes world of competitive poker — one where players engage in a calculated joust of calls and bluffs, and hundreds of thousands of dollars can be won or lost in the blink of an eye.

The World Poker Tour series consists of 13 nationally televised tournaments, filmed in casinos around the world, and features the best poker players vying for multi-million dollar prize pools. Best of all, viewers will get exclusive views of the players' concealed hole cards, creating a whole new element of high-stakes, high-anxiety excitement.

The 13-episode series reaches its exciting conclusion with the season's grand finale, The World Poker Tour Championship, held at the world-renowned Bellagio Hotel and Casino. The championship has a $25,000 participant entry fee, and features winners from the previous 12 tournaments in the tour, competing to become the world's best poker player.

Sunday, March 30, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (ET/PT). Beginning April 2, the World Poker Tour primetime series will begin airing on Wednesday nights from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. (ET/PT).
