I know you're looking for something on the less expensive side because your needs are not as extensive but I have been using OLM for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have a very high uptime, telnet/ftp access, not too expensive (US$8.95 and cheaper with other packages), very good support, and you can install cart packages or use the one provided, www.olm.net
