There will be no more than 10 participants in the RR. I will start the RR with 60 $1 chips and send it to the 1st participant. Each participant can take as many chips as they want, replacing each chip taken with one of their traders. Then the RR is sent to the next participant and so on. It is an opportunity to trade chips on a large scale through the mail.

Some of the rules ...
Chips be in good condition, not worn and no damage.
No duplicate chips, only one of each chip is allowed.
You cannot take a chip from the RR and replace with the same chip in worse condition ... no "trading up on condition".
