Have you heard specifically that the contract doesn't exist? Or are you saying that you've heard other info that appears to contradict it?

I agree that one must be skeptical of what they read. However, I trust in major papers to do reasonable fact-checking. I also trust that were something like this erroneous, that error would have been widely publicized by other reporters, Haliburton, or republicans in general. That's not to say that I'm taking this as gospel. I'll poke around and see if I can dig anyhting up.

Keep in mind, that the fact that Haliburton sold $70 million worth of equippment to Iraq 5 years ago under Cheney has been WIDELY reported, and has not been denied.
