Viewing the other auctions for the same set, this seller seems to have been just about the cheapest.
The costs were all spelled out, nothing was hidden.
Aside from ripping of e-bay on fees, What is the seller guilty of?

It could have been listed at $568.99 with $1.00 for shipping the end result as far as the purchaser goes is the same.

If a potential buyer is naive enough to believe that they could buy $500 worth of live chips for $20,
or for that matter are dumb enough not to read the conditions they deserve what they get
