The chips went to a William Kriter, Reno per TR King. I'm at work but if I remember right it was 1954. I think it was a walk in sale at the retail store as no address on the card.
Kriter is an uncommon spelling of the name.
I called every Kriter listed in the USA. 90% were related to each other. They originally came from Canada. None ever heard of William and none knew of any Kriter that ever lived in Reno.
Larry H and I spent two days at Reno Historical Society and Reno library and newspapers looking for Kriter and researching other Reno chips.
No records of William. If there ever was a Kriter Bar we would have found it.
Last time I heard Doug Saito agreed with me on this chip.
