Long Shot Question

Maybe somebody out there can shed some light on an old illegal card room in Portland, Oregon. I went to the Oregon Historical Society Library and found entries in old Polk City Directories but that is it. In 1907 it was listed as Dahl & Eide, The Manhattan Club on SW 2nd and Alder. In 1918 it became Dahl & Penne with the same address. It stayed that way until 1982 and then just faded away. A 1928 entry advertises "soft drinks". Another entry advertises, "Beer Parlor, Restaurant, Soft Drinks, Cigars, Etc". By the 50's and 60's the entry just says "beer parlor and restaurant", ending in 1982 with just the entry, "restaurant". I was born here and I know it was a cardroom. No, I won't tell you how old I am. I've always wanted to find some chips or tokens from it's days of gambling. Anybody got a clue?
