Virus Alert - Goldfish!!!!

I've just received another "goldfish" email that likely contains a virus!

On the surface the email appears to be from Al Mancini, BUT I KNOW THAT AL DID NOT SEND IT!!!!

In reality, it APPEARS to have been sent from an AOL account by the name of:

Milu202201@aol.com

Does anyone know this individual? He/She likely has an infection.

Here is a copy of the printout I get when I perform a Message Source command.
