I have a couple of LV questions.

#1 I have a keychain from the Santa Anita Race Book. On the keychain is printed, "Next to the Desert Inn." The only Santa Anita I can find a reference to is the Santa Anita Turf Club on Fremont Street, circa 1948-1952. (This is from TCR 7th edition.) The Desert Inn was on Las Vegas Blvd. (Again from TCR.) I would assume that the places were related somehow, same owner? Any information is greatly appreciated.

#2 Does Las Vegas have public transportation? Specifically, can you take a bus? How is the fare paid? Are bus tokens used? If so, can anyone tell me the size of the tokens?

The keychain holds something in the shape of a coin, but I've tried all US coins and nothing fits.
