I don't think they make what goes IN the box. My company used 1,200 of them and they worked fine. IBM just under-bid them so guess whos computer is on my desk now? IBM, Next week it may be ACME! I was happy with both, BUT I have heard legitamate complaints about both. Remember EVERYONE wants to cut a few corners to keep prices LOW. One company is as guilty as the next in that respect. So, while they are good machines.... Look INSIDE and SEE how much stuff is (or IS NOT) MADE BY Dell....
