Subj: AirTran Airways announces new Westward Expansion

Here at AirTran Airways, we are proud to announce our newest
destinations: Denver, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Service to Denver
will begin on May 21, 2003. Service to Los Angeles will begin on June 4,
2003. Service to Las Vegas will begin on June 11, 2003

Denver, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas will all be served twice a day via
our hub in Atlanta.

The service to Denver will be operated using Boeing 717 aircraft with 12
Business Class and 105 coach seats. The service to Los Angeles and Las
Vegas will be operated initially by AirTran Airways' marketing partner,
Ryan International Airlines, using Airbus A-320 aircraft with 12
Business Class and 150 coach seats.

To help celebrate our Westward expansion, we are offering special,
introductory fares starting as low as $99 one-way. The introductory
fares must be purchased by March 18, 2003, and travel must be completed
by September 18, 2003. Fares are valid for travel on Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

fares are non-refundable, and a $50 fee per person applies to any change
