The problem in saying "I don't open anything from anyone you don't know" is if ONE chipper gets a virus... you'll get infected emails from people you DO know... thus not suspecting them!

YOU MUST GET ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE.
And you MUST PAY for the subscription update... no ifs ands or buts.

If you are able... you need to blow out your hard-drive and start over... IMMEDIATELY install a good program like Norton... they'll give you a couple months free of "updates" and then subscribe.

Yes - they have us over a barrel but owning a computer is driving your car. It won't run without gas and oil (Virus protection) and it is irresponsible to drive without insurance (update subscription)

GOOD LUCK but don't try to installl virus programs while you have a virus... the viruses are smart enough to not allow installation to be properly.
