Here is what I posted on the Club board:

"I request the officers of our club contact eBay and settle the problem of listing non-contraband casino items from clubs and casinos that operated illegally."

Illegal club chips is a big and growing bigger part of our hobby. Legitimate dealers are having their auctions closed because of action for sales that do not constitute contraband nor violate the "eb" rules.

Having said that, dealers can post sales using the term "unlicensed" to described the casino or club.
