That's a very good question Richard. As far as I know, there is no such list. Many individules, whether they are on "the list" or not, maintain a web page whereas they list their particular wants and chips available for trade.

Someone has suggested a central data base pertaining to your request, but to date is not active.

The majority of people on the "list" will usually pick up a few extra's (whatever their budget might warrrent) and then post it on the chips@face list when they return. Others will ask if anyone has any particular needs before they go on such a trip.

As an example, I am going to Reno on Monday and will pick up chips for people on the chips@face list or for others not on the list but who have done the same for me in the past.
