PayPal has a new agreement that they want users to sign. I really don't remember what I agreed to when I first signed up with them 18 months ago. I tried reading through it, but a lot of it seemed to be legalese so I haven't yet accepted the new agreement. Each time I go to the site it tells me "you have xx remaining days to accept the agreement..." Does anyone know how this agreement is different from the previous one? Any info will be much appreciated. Thank you
