My suggestion is to go to the local Office Depot, Office Max, Best Buy, and sit in every chair they have on the floor until you find the one that "fits" I had to shop for several days until I found "my" chair. I spend 6-8 hours a day in it, I'm a CAD-CNC programmer and I spend most of my working day in front of a monitor.
